SkillCon 2010 automatically informs your employees with personalized e-mails of any new or changed requirements and procedures. SkillCon 2010 also reminds you per email of any upcoming training dates. If the new information is to be gained by e-learning or independent study, the software will include the link to the appropriate content in the employee portal directly with the email. The employee may complete the training right away. Participation will be processed either this way directly, or via import of data as an Excel table (e.g. from an e-learning system).
