Managing requirements profiles
SkillCon 2010 offers a special function, which facilitates handling the numerous requirements of each employee with ease: The uncomplicated set-up of requirements profiles. This is done by setting up a requirements profile based on the employee’s functions, which can then be assigned to all other employees, operating in the same function/role. You may of course configure each profile on an individual basis. Changes to the requirements profile will then be dynamically passed on to each affected employee, event participations will be recalculated, and any new requirement gaps resulting from it will be pointed out immediately. This ensures verifiably that all employees have been informed of all changes and revisions affecting them.
