SkillCon 2010 calculates the appropriate measures needed (Gap) and the addressees concerned automatically, and generates the appropriate personalized emails.

This functionality is primarily used for delivering contents of eLearning or self-paced courses, and will usually be used in conjunction with the SkillCon 2010 module “Employee portal”.
