The web-based SkillCon 2010 Employee portal (based on MS Silverlight) facilitates centralized access to the following information for your employees:

“Acknowledgements due” – the employee can see right away which requirements have to be acknowledged, and that these must be confirmed legally binding with an electronic signature. The request for acknowledgement is sent to the employee via the SkillCon 2010 “Notifications” module

all events/activities or training still due or outstanding

any currently assigned requirements and requirement profiles of the employee

training records of the employee
