The process describes a procedure; it can form chains or initiate events.
Without processes, there is no movement. This also means: without processes, there is no life and the world stops turning. “Process” is present in all sorts of phrases, such as thought process, development process, process analysis, process flow, business process, growth process, learning process and many more.
Good management is based as much on regulated process flows as it is on the development of software and other projects. And this is exactly why we decided to include the term “process” in our name.

The new release offers extensive functions in particular for the independent integration of employees via the employee and manager portal (self-service) and compliance evaluations.

2011
Introduction and expansion of the "D-Process Solution Partner" program. Extension of the international partner network to include companies with expertise specifically in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry and supply and waste management.

Foundation of "D-Philosophy" - a unique, interdisciplinary way of working. Bring different company areas and disciplines to the table: training/qualification, HR (development), talent/competence management, compliance, surveys, ideas, knowledge management and much more. D-Philosophy is based on the SkillCon software system and accompanying consulting services.

2012
Move to new premises in the picturesque Rendsburg old town.

Release of SkillCon 2012
This release focuses on document development and control (document management/controlled documents) within SkillCon. It enables the simple management of quality documents, work instructions, SOPs, workflows and much more, as well as proof of confirmation by employees (electronic signature) directly in SkillCon.
